This privacy policy applies to the Jigsaw Flow mobile application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information that may be collected through the use of our app.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, or phone number) directly. However, the application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device.

2. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following services which have their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases.
• Supabase: Used for back-end database and authentication.

3. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.

4. Data Deletion Request

We provide a way for users to request the deletion of their data. If you wish to have your progress or any data associated with your installation deleted from our servers, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to syneaia@gmail.com.
• Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
• Specify the application (Jigsaw Flow) and your anonymous ID (if available in the settings menu) or simply request a full wipe associated with your data.

Once received, we will process your request and delete all associated data from our Supabase and Firebase systems within 30 days.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Any changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
